四年级上册《What are they doing》教案

  一、教材分析

 本课是《新标准英语》小学三年级起始用四年级上册Module 3Unit 1 What are they doing?本课的主要语言功能是谈论人们在公园中的活动,并描述正在发生的行为或动作。主要句型是“What are they doing? They’re v-ing”的学习与操练。本课的课文情境是Daming带着Amy坐公共汽车,路上看到很多有趣的场景,Amy也对其抱以极大的兴趣,并通过What are they doing?来询问Daming,Daming用句型They’re v-ing.逐一说明,从而让Amy这个英国孩子了解了公园中人们所做的具有中国特色的事情。这一题材非常生活化,是学生感兴趣的话题之一,它能使学生能学以致用。

  二、学情分析

 小学四年级的学生在经过一年的英语学习后已形成了良好的英语听、说、读、写的习惯,也初步具备了一定的听说能力,有强烈的表现欲,善模仿、好表演,对英语学习兴趣浓厚,但不能持久。本节课学习的内容是What are theydoing?有关现在进行时的运用,学生接触过一些动词加ing的句子,如I like swimming. She likes playing football. ?She’s reading a book.学生能够基本套用固定句型,模仿说出相关句子。只要教师在教学中给予学生充分的展示机会和绝对的信任和鼓励,那么每个学生的听说能力都会得到她发挥的平台。

  三、教学目标

 (一)知识目标

 1.理解词汇kid, get on, can, see, lots of, interesting, thing, people, men, between, clock, hungry.

 2.掌握动词词组row a dragon boat, do taijiquan,play chess, drink soya milk的ing形式。

 3.能用句型 What are they doing? They’re v-ing.描述多人正在进行的行为和动作。

 4.学会用句型Look at…引起他人的关注。

 注意观察生活,乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语。

 老师请学生上台,看卡片做动作,其余学生则猜动作。引出句型: What are theydoing? They’re…

 设计意图通过猜动作的游戏,引出新句型及课题,为下一步学习做铺垫。

 设计意图情境助学,创设真实情境,使学生感到亲切自然,兴趣浓,更容易接受效果好。

 设计意图老师不断用自己的肢体语言演示给学生看,这样学生在肢体运动的同时,能准确的将名词与“动态形态”联系起来,经久不忘,甚至会形成条件反射,一看到相应的动作,或有这个动作发出时,就会随口念出这样的句子来。

 从视频引出rowing a dragon boat,老师出示词条教授,并用转盘游戏操练。

 设计意图交流促学,运用形式多样的方法操练重点词组,以吸引学生的注意力。

 6.呈现下棋和视频

 T: Look at the men between the big trees.

 老师拿出象棋,教授chess及短语playing chess,出示词条教授,并用“红绿灯”游戏操练。

 老师教授drink,将milk,tea,coffee带入drinking练习,drinking milk, drinking tea, drinking coffee

 老师拿出豆浆,教授soya milk,再引出They’re drinking soya milk.

 8.T: Look at the clock.指着时钟说It’s twelve now. I’m hungry.教授hungry和Me too.

 设计意图通过真实的视频,创设及图像、声音、文字于一体的动感语言环境,激起学生交流的欲望,提高学生的学习兴趣,在故事情节的设置中,不断地出现课文的新单词和新句型,巧妙地使学生在看故事的过程中接触到新单词和句型的音和义。

  教学目标:

 3、在各种活动中培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

  教学重点:

 1、会用Where's ...? 来打听道路。

 2、能听懂turn left urn right go straight on。

  教学过程:

 (教学意图: 学习新词时,采用猜糖果游戏和踏步练习的形式进行操练,学生兴致极高,课堂气氛非常活跃;同时引入竞争机制,贯穿整个教学过程,使全体学生保持一种学习的积极状态,并培养学生的竞争意识和合作精神。)

 9. Teaching the phrase : Go straight on

 Show a map and ask the Ss : " If I want to go to the KFC , how can I go there ? " (学生用中文回答: 向前直走)教师给予肯定并用英语说: Go straight on. 并做相应的肢体动作。

 10. 出示课题卡片: M2 U1 Go straight on!

 游戏规则: 请两名学生上来,一个蒙着眼睛,一个用turn left urn right go straight on来指方向,帮助找到小红旗.顺利找到者,可各为自己的小组加10分.

 4. 出示一张自制地图,指名提问:Where's ?the ...? 教师根据学生的回答在地图上画出行走路线.

 5. Pair work . 学生拿出课前发的简易小地图,两两合作,一个问,一个答并画出路线. (做完了,请几组学生上台展示)

小学英语四年级上册Unit 5 教案

一、教材依据

本课时教学是依据小学英语PEP教材四年级上册第四单元A部分 Let’s learn和Let’s do设计而成。

二、设计思想

这个课时的教学目标本来主要是:

1、让学生掌握单词study, bathroom, bedroom, living room,kitchen听说与认读。

2、能说唱“Let’s do”部分的内容并能做出相应的动作。本人根据学生的实际程度和课程理念出发,又增加了两个教学目标:

1、能听说词汇watch TV, read a book, have a snack, take a shower, have a sleep。

2、完成一个交际任务:介绍自己的家。采用了新课标倡导的“任务型”教学途径。 在教学中,新单词的教学都应在一定的语言情境中呈现,并结合学生已经学过的语言结构、富有韵律和动感的“Let’s do”以及学生所喜好的歌曲和游戏活动进行大面积操练,巩固新语言,最后给出新语言框架:This is my home. You can see a living room, a bedroom, a …. I can watch TV in the living room, I can read a book in the study …. Welcome to my home!,通过老师示范、尖子生示范,让学生学会介绍自己的家,并在交际活动中活化新语言,完成学习任务。

三、教学目标

1.能听、说、认读单词study, bathroom, bedroom, living room和kitchen,并能在实际情景中加以运用。

2.能听懂并发出一些指令,如:Go to the living room/ …. Watch TV. Read a book. Have a snack. Take a shower. Have a sleep.

3.能用下列语言简单介绍自己的家:This is my home. You can see a living room, a bedroom, a …. I can watch TV in the living room, I can read a book in the study ….

4.培养学生对家的.热爱。

四、教学重点

1.能听、说、认读单词study, bathroom, bedroom, living room和kitchen,并能在实际情景中加以运用。

2.能用简单的语言介绍自己的家,培养学生对家的热爱。

五、教学难点

能理解并会说Have a snack. Take a shower. Have a sleep.等语言,并能用下列语言简单介绍自己的家:This is my home. You can see a living room, a bedroom, a …. I can watch TV in the living room, I can read a book in the study ….

六、教学准备

1.教师制作多媒体课件。

2.学生每人准备一张自己家的平面图。

3.教师准备study, bathroom, bedroom, living room和kitchen的单词卡片。

七、教学过程

Step1: Warm-up(热身导入)

1.介绍话题

T: Boys and girls, look at the screen. Today, our topic is “My home”. Who can read? (ask some Ss to read the topic)

In this class, we’re going to talk about “home”, everybody here should learn to introduce your home to us. OK?

Ss: OK.

2.Sing a song In the classroom

T: First, let’s sing a song, OK?

Ss: OK.

Step2: Presentation(新课呈现)

1.教学living room

(唱完歌曲,多媒体出示一幅living room的。)

T: Is this a classroom?

Ss: No.

T: What is it?

Ss: Living room.

T: Yes. This is a living room. Follow me:living room,

Ss: (read one by one)

T: What can you see in the living room?

Ss: I can see a table, a sofa, a …, a TV.

T: Let’s watch TV, OK?

Ss: OK. living room.

T:(多媒体出示一幅TV图。) Do you like watching TV?

S1: Yes.

T: Let’s go to the living room and watch TV.

4.教学bedroom

T: (多媒体出示一些家具和小电器。) Look at these things. Can you help them get home?

T: (多媒体出示bedroom和单词。) Follow me:bedroom,bedroom.

  教学内容 :PEP小学英语(三起)四年级上册Unit 5 What would you like? Part A Let’s learn

  教学目标:

 1.能够听、说、认读rice,noodles,fish,beef,soup,vegetable.

 2.初步掌握运用句型:Can I have some...,please?Sure,here you are.

  教学重点: Part A部分的六个新单词rice,noodles,fish,beef,soup,vegetable. 学会运用句型:Can I have some...,please?Sure,here you are.买自己喜欢的食物。

  教学难点 :学会用Can I have some...,please? Sure,here you are.买自己喜欢的食物。

  课前准备 :多媒体课件,Part A中食物的单词卡片,食物,贴满食物的小黑板。

  教学过程:

  Step1 Preparation

 1.Enjoy the song “An apple a day”,师播放歌曲,让学生在快乐的学习氛围中投入到本节课学习。

 2.用多媒体打出chicken,hot dog,hamburger,juice,bread,milk的一秒钟后消失,让学生抢答,看谁反应快。答完全部后,全体学生跟读复习。

  Step 2 Presentation

 1. 猜一猜:

 T:同学们,我们来猜一个谜语好吗?我们吃饭的时候,什么食物用筷子最难夹?

 让学生举手回答,看看谁猜得对。最后揭示答案,引出单词soup,运用多种方式操练。

 教师边做吃面条的动作边问:“What am I eating?”请个别学生说答案,传授单词noodles,多种方式操练。

 2. Free talk:

 T:So many foods and drinks,I like hamburger.Do you like it?

 Ss:Yes,I do./No,I don’t.

 接着教师拿出rice的,问:“Do you like rice?”然后让学生回答,并传授新单词rice,全班读,高低声读,男女生读,个别读。熟悉后,教师把贴于黑板上。以同样的方式传授fish,beef,vegetable,注意vegetable的发音。

  Step 3 Practice

 1.看谁反应快:把食物和饮料的小卡片事先贴到黑板上,请两位同学上到讲台,教师拿出单词卡片让全部同学大声把食物的单词读出来,两位同学抢卡片并贴到黑板上自己小组的标志下,一轮下来哪组得到卡片多哪组就胜出。最后让胜出的小组代表当小老师带领全班同学读一遍黑板上的单词。

 2.What’s missing?

 多媒体展示rice,noodles,fish,beef,soup,vegetables的,让全体同学看一遍,然后重新排序,有一张不见了,让全体同学一起找出来。

 3.新句型引入:

 T:Wow!So many foods and drinks.I’m hungry.(做抚肚子动作)Are you hungry?

 Ss:Yes!

 Tet’s go to the food shop,would you come with me?

 Ss:Okay!

 T:OK,now we are going to buy some food.Who wants be the shop assistant?

 (教师事先准备好贴满食物的小黑板,小黑板上写好Food shop.)

 邀请一位同学当shop assistant,然后走到他面前,问:Can I have some rice,please? (指向rice的,并示意学生拿)

 学生会意,拿下rice递给教师,然后继续用Can I have some...,please?买其它食物,此时传授句型Can I have some...,please?

 4.教师扮演shop assistant,邀请6位同学上到讲台买Food shop里的食物,让学生用句型问:Can I have some fish,please?并用全班读,个别读等多种方式操练句型。

 T:Sure,here you are.

 此时传授句型Sure,here you are. 并用全班读,个别读等多种方式操练句型。

  Step 4 Consolidation and extension

 1.角色扮演:

 教师扮演shop assistant,每组请一名同学上台买野餐需要的食物,师生之间练习对话:Can I have some…please? Sure ,Here you are ,2/… yuan 。付钱时可象征性地拍一下对方的手。示范一次后,让学生四人一组练习,并选两组上来表演。

 2. 找一找:教师蒙上一位学生的.眼睛,将rice,noodles,fish,beef,soup,vegetable的藏到不同学生的课桌里,然后让该学生睁开眼睛寻找,全部同学齐读vegetable↗vegetable↘,当该学生走近时,全班学生声音加强,该学生远离时,全班学生声音减弱。找到该后,该生需向藏着的同学问:Can I have some vegetable,plesase?藏的同学须回答:Sure,here you are.然后把递给老师。用此方式寻找其它并递给老师,才算完成任务。

 3. 让学生看到大屏幕,对照Let’s learn里面的菜单,同桌间练习对话Can I have some…,please?练习后邀请两组同学上台展示对话。

  Step 5 Summary

 让学生总结哪些食物有益健康,哪些食物对健康有害,并教育学生不能浪费食物。

  Step 6 Homework

 1.Draw your own menu.

 2.调查小组内同学喜欢的食物,不少于3人。(多媒体展示调查表)
